A one day Post Graduate course on Chronic and Unresponsive Conditions (EMS) without the need for you to be needled. |

It includes the use of non-invasive electrical stimulation of body points; the use of acupressure, laser and electrical stimulation of scalp points, also useful for neurological symptoms and conditions; flame free moxibustion, useful for osteo-arthritic symptoms.
Some knowledge of the use of traditional acupuncture points for treatment is an advantage. This CPD course can be taken as a single day or combined with the course on Chronic Pain and Spinal Pain (CSP) for a two day course. |

The course includes theory and practical in the areas of :
Body and scalp acupuncture points, using acupressure, laser and non-invasive electrical stimulation and moxibustion techniques, together with demonstration and practice. The clinical knowledge gained can be used for the needling of appropriate patients acupoints by those qualified to needle.
A course giving additional acupuncture knowledge and course where you don’t have to needle or be needled.

Non-invasive Acupuncture techniques are taught which can be used to progress treatment where the condition is particularly chronic or unresponsive. Scalp acupuncture points are useful for neurological conditions and symptoms; moxibustion is particularly useful for osteo-arthritic (OA) symptoms.

These techniques often provide the answer for recurring and stubborn conditions suh as OA, rotator cuff, chronic pain and neural symptoms.
