Very few Essential Oils are used undiluted on the skin by non-aromatherapists. If you are unsure do not use EO’s undiluted. Amazingly versatile, they can be used in the bath, added to a vaporiser, inhaled from a tissue or added to a carrier oil or lotion for massage.
