Welcome to the Mail Order Services from Back To Work.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of sale before purchasing

PLEASE NOTE that orders placed at this time will normally be processed within two (2) working days. Listed Post & Packing is for UK Mainland only. All other addresses please contact us before purchasing, thank you. 

Back To Work - Returns Policy
Back To Work would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our service. In the event of any item being unsuitable or wrong please read the following for advice before returning goods to ourselves.

These do not affect your statutory rights.  You can return your order by notifying us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.  Packages must be sent by Royal Mail as other courier services will not deliver to this business address. Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the items being returned to us in its original condition, that is, unused/unopened, all labels intact, and all items must be in their proper packaging.

We will exchange goods notified to us within the seven (7) day cooling off period providing they are returned unused in their original packaging.  Outside this period goods will only be accepted for exchange or refund when agreed and authorized at the discretion of Back To Work and are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item/s is/are defective we will be happy to replace the item and refund the costs incurred by you for the return postage of the item.  Please note that whilst we will replace faulty goods, we can not offer refunds on pillows or mattress toppers for any other reason.

Unwanted and exchange items
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are notified to us within seven (7) days of receipt and returned to Back To Work within ten (10) days from receipt subject to the following conditions:-

  • Goods are returned carriage paid
  • Goods are returned unused and in perfect saleable condition in the original packaging where appropriate.
  • Goods received after the 10 days will be subject to a restocking charge of 10%.
  • Authorization from ourselves must be requested before returning any items after the 7 day cooling off period.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Back To Work cannot accept the return of custom built / specially prepared products as these products are prepared to each customers requirements.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt and a full covering letter (or our returns form) with all returns and for your protection, please keep your proof of posting.
  • Postage costs, as we include the packing and postage charge within the final price, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of packing & posting the item to you from any refund on items returned outside of the seven (7) day statutory period.
  • If we are requested  to send out an exchange item there may be a further charge for redelivery.
  • Authorized replacement items are sent out carriage paid without additional charge.

Wrongly supplied or damaged goods
In the unfortunate event of goods being wrongly supplied or arriving damaged please contact us for the best means of rectifying the problem.  We will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as feasibly possible.

Please note that whilst we will replace faulty goods, we can not offer refunds on pillows or mattress toppers for any other reason.

f you need to return an item due to the fault of Back To Work we will of course cover your postage costs to the value of Royal Mail first class or parcel force standard services for larger items, both these services are available at any Post Office. Please note we are only able to refund postage for the services described, please do not use the Royal Mail special delivery service or a premium courier as we are not able to refund these costs. If you do use a premium service it is at your cost.

Warranty returns
If you have an item that you need to return to Back To Work due to a fault within its warranty period please contact us first as we may be able to offer advice over the telephone.  If in the event you need to post an item back please include a copy of your receipt, together with full details of the problem to help us with a speedy return.

Please note some items may need to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor for inspection/repair.  Goods must be returned in a clean and dry condition, carriage paid.  We are sorry but we are unable to refund postage costs.

Urgent returns
If you have purchased something that is not the right size, model or colour and you require a replacement quickly, the easiest solution is to purchase the correct item from our store and immediately return the first item to ourselves with a note asking for a full refund.

We know that you have a choice, and appreciate that you choose us. To keep costs to a minimum we do not pay organizations to be ‘Certified’ or ‘Approved’. All orders are accepted subject to UK stock availability.

Although we try to dispatch within 2-3 days, please allow 28 days for delivery.
When placing OnLine orders from Back To Work, the carriage and packing charge is for UK addresses only based on the total value of all the goods on your order :
