Please read through these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of this web site. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions you must not use this web site. However, by using the Back To Work web site you agree to be bound by the whole of these terms and conditions.

Back To Work is not registered with the united States of America (U S) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and will not supply health products to USA addresses.

Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Back To Work online, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have that product for you (the "Order Confirmation E-mail").  That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation E-mail to you.  Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Order Confirmation E-mail to have been available do not form part of that contract. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

There may be occasions when the goods will be sent out without a confirmation email.   In the event we are away from the office for any lengthy period, we will respond as early as possible.  We are not a 365 days 24/7 organization.  In any event this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (See also Out Of Office).

Cooling-off Period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.  We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of items which have been used or unsealed (perishables/pillows etc). To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please fill out the 'returns form' from http://www.backtowork.co.uk/docs/ReturnsForm.pdf giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation" and follow the returns instructions provided below.

General Information
We list product information on our website together with details of price and customer options. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that delivery estimates are just that.  They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable (see 'out of stock' below).

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our site may be mispriced or may contain technical or typographical errors. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Back To Work reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions displayed here from time to time.  The onus remains with the customer to review these terms & conditions each time they make a purchase with Back To Work.

The contents including photographs, trademarks, logos and written text contained on this web site are the property of Back To Work and/or its suppliers. None of the content or software held on this web site may be copied, reproduced, posted, transferred, refurbished, sold or downloaded without prior
written permission from us.

Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 working days of receipt subject to payment clearance and stock availability. All goods are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please note that the post, packaging and handling charges (C&P) will be added to all orders.
C&P is automatically added to online shopping cart orders.
C&P as shown on the Mail Order Form must be added to the total order value for cheque payment.

before ordering.

In the event that we are
Out Of Office for a lengthy period, delivery may take longer.  It is for this reason we state allow 28 days for delivery.

Items out of Stock
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to re-order the item from our supplier. Once a forecast delivery has been established, we will notify you via e-mail of the revised delivery timescale.  In any event we will always attempt to contact you within 48hrs of receiving your order unless we are
Out Of Office.

Returns
Back To Work want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We therefore operate a no quibble returns policy.  These do not affect your statutory rights.  You can return your order by notifying us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the items being returned to us in its original condition, that is, unused/unopened, all labels intact, and all items must be in their proper packaging.

We will exchange goods notified to us within the seven (7) day cooling off period providing they are returned unused in their original packaging. Outside this period goods will only be accepted for exchange or refund when agreed and authorized at the discretion of Back To Work and are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item/s is/are defective we will be happy to replace the item or refund the price you paid for the item in full and also refund the costs incurred by you for the return postage of the item.  Please note that whilst we will replace faulty goods, we can not offer refunds on pillows or mattress toppers for any other reason.

Credit Card Security
Shopping with Back To Work is completely safe. Credit card details are not held on this web site and all transactions are operated by PayPay (https://www.paypal.com).

Privacy Policy
Back To Work will not disclose any customer information to third parties.

Method of Payment
You can pay by any CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD accepted by PayPal, or by Cheque for posted Mail Orders direct to Back To Work.
