Please read through these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of this web site. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions you must not use this web site. However, by using the Back To Work web site you agree to be bound by the whole of these terms and conditions.
Back To Work is not registered with the united States of America (U S) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and will not supply health products to USA addresses.
All packaging and handling charges (C&P) are only applicable to destinations within the European Community (EC). No order can be accepted for areas outside the EC without prior agreement on any additional C&P charges being paid. Orders from outside of the UK and EC countries should not be placed through this web site. Important factors regarding order processing times may be posted at the top of this page.
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Back To Work online, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have that product for you (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Order Confirmation E-mail to have been available do not form part of that contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.
There may be occasions when the goods will be sent out without a confirmation email. In the event we are away from the office for any lengthy period, we will respond as early as possible. We are not a 365 days 24/7 organization. In any event this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (See also Out Of Office).
Cooling-off Period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven (7) days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to our mail order products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of items which have been used or unsealed (perishables/pillows etc). To cancel your purchase within the seven day cooling-off period as efficiently as possible, please provide full details, or fill out the 'returns form' from http://www.backtowork.co.uk/docs/ReturnsForm.pdf giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation" and follow the returns instructions provided below.

Back To Work would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our service. In the event of any item being unsuitable or wrong please read our Returns Policy for advice before returning goods to ourselves.

Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about their use and availability. Essential Oils (EOs) and other health products must be used as instructed. Should you be unsure of the correct use we advise against purchase. This information is in no way intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are unsure as to the suitability of any of the products or recommendations with regard to your condition please consult your doctor. As knowledge advances the authors are not responsible for any alleged loss, liability, damage or injury that may be suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the information issued.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable (see 'out of stock' below).
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our site may be mispriced or may contain technical or typographical errors. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The contents including photographs, trademarks, logos and written text contained on this web site are the property of Back To Work and/or its suppliers. None of the content or software held on this web site may be copied, reproduced, posted, transferred, refurbished, sold or downloaded without prior written permission from us.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days of receipt subject to payment clearance and stock availability. All goods are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or other suitable carrier. Please note that C&P will be added to all orders. C&P is automatically added to online shopping cart orders. C&P within the EC, as shown on the Mail Order Form and Shop Home Page, must be added to the total order value for cheque payment.

In the event that we are Out Of Office for a lengthy period, delivery may take longer. It is for this reason we state allow 28 days for delivery.
Items out of Stock
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to re-order the item from our supplier. Once a forecast delivery has been established, we will notify you via e-mail of the revised delivery timescale. In any event we will always attempt to contact you within 48hrs of receiving your order unless we are Out Of Office.
Credit Card Security
We respect your personal and financial security when shopping with Back To Work. Credit card details are not held on this web site or at our offices. All transactions are operated by the secure PayPal service (https://www.paypal.com).
Privacy Policy
Back To Work will not disclose any customer information to any third parties except in cases where we are legally obliged to do so by law enforcement agencies.
